Two Photographers: While the majority of your images will come from our professionally trained lead photographer, Shel, rest assured we will have all angles covered since you will have two photographers capturing your special day! Edited Downloadable Images: All edited images will be put into your own password protected web gallery 45 days after your wedding and stored for two years at no charge on our website.  During your reception we will hand out the password and instructions for accessing the wedding images to all guests. Also,  all images are high resolution digital files so regardless of how large of a print you want your images will look great!
 

Print Release: The ability to download original digital images from your web gallery and have them printed wherever you like with our Print Release we will give you.  Or download them and put them on all of your social media sites or share them via email. 
 

Low Print Prices: All clients enjoy our low print prices when they order prints directly on our website from  MPIX which is an industry leader in professional print products.  
 

 "Photo Moments" App: Our app for iPhones and Androids allows you to download your photos and share them with friends and family. Also, friends and family can download the app and access the images with the gallery password.  To take a look at how the app works, please go to:

Professional lighting: We bring our own professional lighting to ensure we capture some wonderful dance floor images, regardless of how dark the dance floor is. Rest assured, were a lot more then a photographer with a camera bag, we are two professional photographers with the best equipment dedicated to capture great images, regardless of the lighting! PhotoWall: If included in your package, we will bring our wedding themed photowall and various props (silly hats & eyeglasses, boas, masks, whiteboard/chalkboard for messages, etc.) for you and your guests to use as one of our photographers take your pictures (If okayed by your venue).  This is a great way to keep your reception party going!  To take a look at some images from our Photo Wall please go to: http://wallflowerweddingphotography.zenfolio.com/photo-wall
 

Sparkler send off: If included in your package, we will bring sparklers to your wedding (one per guest approximately) to use as a send off for you at the end of the night (as long as the venue okay’s their use). Deposit Policy: In order to reserve us for your special day we require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit which can be divided into an initial $250.00 payment and an additional $250 payment due by 30 days after the contract is signed. We accept payment in cash, check, debit or credit and have an online secured payment site.  We also accept no interest payments to make it easy to pay for your special day.

If you are getting married in 2017, please don't wait too long to contact us.  We have already been booked for 7 weddings in 2017, and we would hate to disappoint you by being booked already, since we only do one wedding a day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you charge what you do? Our prices reflect the cost of being professional wedding photographers which means professional experience, training, and professional equipment.  We have the experience of photographing 70 weddings and with each one of them we have learned a lot about weddings and providing a professional product to our clients. While some photographers consist of one photographer, one camera, and a few lenses, we are a professional photography team consisting of two photographers, an assistant, five cameras, multiple top of the line lenses, and lighting equipment.  The other factors in our pricing are as follows:
 
1) Our Training: We invest in our training so we can provide you images which will last a lifetime. Our lead photographer Shel has been trained by one of the top five wedding photographers in the world, Jerry Ghionis, http://www.jerryghionis.com/

2) Our Gear: We believe that we owe our customers to invest in the best photography gear in the world to ensure we get great images. To read more about our gear please see our gear page at: 
 
 
3) Our time commitment:  For each wedding we do we meet with each client, have a phone conference, clean and pack our equipment, travel to the location, and spend weeks editing all images.
 
4) Our advertising: It takes a lot to get the "word out" to ensure great people like you hear about us.
 
5) Limited number of weddings we can do: Approximately 80% of the weddings we photograph are on Saturday's and we only do one wedding a day. The weather also limits the  number of days per year we can do weddings.
 
6) Taxes, Licenses, etc: We are licensed, insured, and conduct ourselves as a professional business. We are also proud to be  members of the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce and accredited members of the BBB with an A+ rating. Also, as a professional business we we pay a large part of all income as taxes to the city, state, and federal government as we should.
 

After you take our wedding pictures who has the rights to them?  With the majority of wedding photographers they keep all rights to your images.  With Wallflower we give you all rights to your high-resolution edited images. This allows you and your guests to print them wherever and whenever you want.  Not only that, but you can download them and share them as you like on all social media sites and email. 

How will I and my guests receive the images?  Normally at the reception we will give all guests a business card with a 4 digit password to your personal web gallery. We also explain to them how to access the images 45 days after the wedding. Once your web gallery is ready we notify the Bride and Groom so only you can review the images, prior to us releasing them to your guests. Once you approve them we open the gallery to all guests who have the password. 

Is there a way for me to order more digital images after the wedding?  We give all of our clients 14 days after the wedding to tell us if they would like to purchase more digital images and to pay for them.  Once these 14 days have passed we delete all images that we have not selected to be edited.

Do you offer any discounts? Yes, we say thanks by giving all active duty military, first responders, or retired military $100.00 off of Daisy Wedding Package, $150.00 off of the Iris Wedding Package, and $200.00 off of the Rose Wedding Package.    

Do you require a deposit? Yes, all wedding packages require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit which is broken down into a $250.00 initial payment due at the time of signing and an additional $250.00 due by 30 days after the booking.  Or you can just pay us the $500.00 deposit at the time of signing. 

Do you just do engagement sessions? Yes, however, if you book an engagement session, and not our wedding package, our price is $550.00 per two hour session.

Do you have an overtime rate? Yes, if you need us beyond the nine hour limit it is $200.00 per hour and it can be arranged when you book us, or if you decide the day of the wedding you need us to stay longer, just tell us, and you can pay us any time prior to the originals being released (45 days after the wedding).

What payments do you accept? We accept payment with cash, check, Pay Pal, and all major credit cards.  Setting up a payment plan is also an option, no interest of course, just as long as it is paid in full by one week prior to the date of your wedding. 

Do you charge travel fees?  All of our package prices are for the Nashville/Clarksville/Hopkinsville area.  Sessions outside a reasonable traveling distance may incur agreed upon travel fees. 

Do you cover Destination Weddings? Yes, absolutely. Contact us for our special pricing on destination weddings, we'd be delighted to be a part of it!

Do you charge Sales Tax? Yes, we charge 9.5% sales tax per Tennessee law.

Do you offer wedding videography? No, we do not do not offer wedding videography.

Terms and Conditions: Please contact us at (931)624-9195 if you have any payment questions prior to making payment. All payments will be confirmed by email. We are open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm CST.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check, money order, or cash. Your card will be charged once you make payment. TN Sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission.  However, we reserve the right to use all images for purposes of advertising Wallflower Wedding Photography or any other business use.
